I have registered my complain regarding my water filter from last 10 days and every day following the same on their registered or given helpline number they assure me to attend the complain within 48 hrs and I am following the same on daily basis but still my complain is not attended, and once Iam getting massage from their that my complain is attended and every time a new person who attend the call assure me that he/she forward my request and some time they try to connect me to their seniors but no one can receive the phone only waiting tone is their, so please I request you to kindly take any action on this type of harassment which treated to the consumers.
