I bought a Morphy Richards Hand blender model HBCS (Product serial no. H041HB16 011362299) on 26 Apr 2013 with two years guarantee. The product developed a defect that the main housing of the main unit got loose. I complained to the firm on 26 Jun 2013 vide complain no. 2832195. I was informed by the firm representative that with two days engineer from the service centre will come for repairs. However, i was never contacted by the firm or service centre representative. I lodged the complaint on the morphyrichards web site too but there never was any reply. I again and again contacted the customer care no 18200226722, everrtime i was assured that the service center will send someone in next two days. I was even provided with service center numbers too. But all numbers given could never be contacted. Now i am left with a substabdard product and the firm (morphy richards)and firms service center are not contaccting me. howevere, the customer care always acknowledge the existence of the above complaint. Please direct the firm to repair/renew the product or refund the amount paid.
