Water in beer bottle

I have bought 6 bottels of kingfisher beer on 14 aug 2015 from lajpat nagar beer shop near central market, when i open one bottle i was sochked it was filled with water, then i opened another bottle and compare both bottles in glas one is yellow and another one is complete transparent. Then i taste it, it was water. Bottle code is (01)08901020125006 and (21)0031894281 and lot no is 10012063000213. I am not looking for refund i want reason how this happened and who is responsible for this
