My booking id is NF7201256668162.
Sir , I had booked my flight from ASR to PUNE( AIR INDIA).for 13dec 2015. and the amount shown on app during transaction was Rs.5962 and during transaction even my bank does not send me any msg of deduction. and after 30 min of booking they send me invoice of Rs.11700 something. i thought they charged me amount 11700. after that they don’t send me updated bill after 1 hr also which was there responsibility.
Now after that i cancelled this flight and booked my flight from Delhi to Pune.
With that they cancelled my Rs.3750 and refund me Rs.2107. on the next day i took mini statement , there it was shown only rs5962 has deducted.
But due to miss conversation or wrong sending of bill. i cancelled my flight From asr to pune and suffering a loss of Rs.3750.
On the next day i register a complaint and the id given to me was IN1508R4S140581 and they told me that they will call me within 4 days.but no one hass called me.
i dont want any amount , but i what i want is that you will replace my delhi to pune(INDIGO) flight with AIR INDIA asr to pune flight.
Even i have original proofs with me .the wrong invoice and the screenshots which i took during transaction.
