Watch not deliverd & after payment they want to cancel my order

i booked a product on 13th June 2012.
Mode of payment was cash?chq in bank.
I deposited chq & followed up with company & with bank too.
after realization of my chq payment i approached Yebhi.com & conveyed my payment details. i was assured that after verifiaction the product will be dispatched to my shipping address.
my product is not delivered to me after confirmation of my payment in their bank account.
Now they want to cancel my order & give me refund. I want same product or good compensation for my stress, efforts Put in, my money & valuable time which was wasted.
