I had purchased HD channel box from the Dish TV company. Connection was granted vide V C No.0151598090. My renewal date is 26.08.2012. Suddenly the channels Zee Cinema, Zee Studio and Travel XP were deactivated without any information or notice. When I lodged complaint,channel Life OK has also been deactivated.It is submitted that all these channels were in my pack and we were enjoying watching these channels and had been deactivated without any information or notice.The action is completely arbitrary and illegal. If there was any change in the plan/pack, company was supposed to inform and seek option. Kindly take suitable action please.
