Before Nokia, I was using Sony and was quiet satisfied. Till i got to know about nokia lumia 1520 and i quiet liked the phone and decided to buy for this huge amount of 40k+ prefering windows phone over android due to nokia’s quality of product in the market and buying nokia 1520 turned out to be the worst decision of my life. As within 48hours, My phone display got suddenly malfunctioned when i was listening music and mobile was on my desk.. the display was partially blacked out. followed by i went to dealer from where i purchased my mobile and he greeted me with a vacant look saying that he had no clue what happened to my phone and he said its a physical damage to make his side safer which definitely it was not. All this happened within 48hours of my purchase.
If you are unable to launch a robust phone,my advice to you is to relaunch 1100 again.
To expect a service from Nokia after this incident is foolishness but, If you can do something from me, Do replace my phone so that I can gather some respect for nokia in my heart.
