The story is that I purchased an Rolex Watch from Ethos watches like 15 days ago. I was sure they are not fake but i was wrong. I asked them & they said it will be original and I can get it checked at any company outlet. So I purchased went ahead positively with the purchase. As I got the Watch its of damn poor quality. The quality was just so poor that even the first makes are better than what they sent me. I asked their customer service girl about the authenticity. Her definition was even poor than the quality of the watch. She said it’s a 2 years old stock so that is why it looks fake and I can get it checked with any outlet. As I went to the kapoor watches store here in Delhi, they assured me it was a fake watch.
I asked the company to refund my money but they simply refused to do so and said sir its 100% original BLAH BLAH and all the crap & asked me to get it in written from the company outlet that the item is fake. so i recommend do not purchase from this shit ethos watches.
