I purchased new washing machine of Whirlpool front door fully automatic (Model Professional Sport ) on the date of 15th July last month From Big Bazaar Chichwad Pune ( Contact number- 02066316837dealer).
In first wash of Demo itself the error was started to coming in the machine. The service engineers from company tried to repair it but problem couldn’t resolve. Then they promised me for replacement.
From last month I was following for replacement to Branch officePune (Miss Arti –Contact number 02066403781 Mr. Ramesh 9325013397)first many days I was told the procedure of replacement is in progress when I pressurized and followed a lot now they are telling replacement is approved but the model is in not stock and If I want similar feature model I have to take different model which is stock and have to pay around more then 10 to 12 thousand for it . When I told it is not in my budget they told me when it is available they will inform .When I am asking for tentative date they are not giving any commitment. Already one month is over and still there is no commitment given for replacement. Please support me.
