Letter as posted to the company on the email id as provided on the contract form
This is to bring to your notice, by way of a letter, that my IFB washing machine is not working. The same was brought to your notice by way of a telephone call on 11/07/12 to the customer care no printed on the receipt (0832-39004321) following which your technician came to my place and tried to rectify the problem, he later on told me that the main motor is as fault and that he will come the next day to replace it. As he did not come I called him and was told that the motor is not in stock and that he will replace it as soon as it comes. After a few days, again due to lack of communication on your part, I called on the customer care no (0832-39004321) and was told that the problem would be solved within 24 hours after which I was called by somebody from ifb and told that the motor has come and it will be replaced with 24 hours. Unfortunately even after a further 10 days nobody has come to replace the motor. I called on the customer care no 0832-39004321 a couple of times after that the last being on 01/08/12 as there was absolutely no communication from your side. This is my first and last letter to you to rectify the problem as soon as possible. If after 24 hours of receiving this letter there is no communication from you I will have to take the complaint to the consumer redresal forum due to the fact that I am facing a lot of hardship and mental agony due to the lack of a functioning washing machine. I am also sending this letter by way of a registered post to the above address.
