Non Receipt of Refilled gas cylinder

Name of company/service: Venkatesh Gas Service-Bharat Gas

My consumer no. 39370 of bharat gas and the dealer is M/s Venkatesh Gas Service,Aurangabad(Maharashtra). I have booked for refilled gas cylinder on 11.07.2012 but till date I have not yet received the refillef gas cylinder.Please do the needful.
