Washing Machine not delivered after full payment/ Refund also not done.

I have ordered a Whirlpool Washing Machine on 18 October 2014 after making a full payment.Expected delivery date was showing as 03 Nov 2014.I have made multiple calls to Indiatimes for the status but they have not updated me.Even after the expected delivery date when i am calling for the status they are telling that they will update us asap.After that waited till 07 Nov 2014 and on 07 Nov 2014 when i called multple times for the status they again replied samething that we will update you asap.they dont have any SLA.
On 07 Nov 2014 when i asked to cancel my order and process the refund they replied that they will be calling to process the cancellation but i didnt received any call yet.
Whenever i am calling they are replying that we will cancel the order asap but they are not doing anything.
Please help me to get the refund of my order of Rs 11025 as it means a lot to me.
