Hello Help desk,
This mail is regarding a complaint which I have raised against Whirlpool Service Centre in Noida. We have a Semi automatic Washing machine model number super wash spin601 which we purchased on 27th June 2010 from one of your distributors in Mayur Vihar New Delhi (Manoj International) is under warranty.
I have registered a complain GB0612012159 on dated 20-June-2012 against the water leakage in wash tab. In between I have received a call from service center , Noida that our service Engg Mr Anuj will take this complain and fixed the appointment for visit on the same day.
As per his comments Whirlpool provides only one year warranty so this machine is out of warranty.
And his second comment was that this machine you have bought is second hand.
Hence we will charge for the visiting
Sorry to say this complains has been closed without providing any solution to me .
Is Whirlpool provide only one year warranty?
Could you tell me that Whirlpool sells second hand machines?
And how he came to know that this machine is second hand?
Do you have any data to identify the second hand machine?
Do you trained your service engg to indentify the second hand machine?
Mr Anuj does not know how to deal with the customer and it is spoiling the reputation and image of Whirlpool in the market.
Please look into the matter as soon as possible.
