Sir,
I purchased reliance netconnect 2 days back from jagadeesh communications at Visakhapatnam he said that there is a unlimited plan @750 with 3.1 mbps speed i asked whether their is any data usage limits like 5GB or 10 GB after which my download speed will be reduced if this unlimited plan is such type than i don’t want a netconnect as i have 3G modem and 4 of my friends also there who asked the same question but he told the answer as “It is not such kind of limited data plane u can use unlimited @ 3.1 mbps speed only no reduction of speed will occur”.Then i purchased it but after using 5GB of data i got message as your data usage was completed now you will continue at 144 kbps.Now my problem is i don’t want use with that slow connection.When i called him about this he is saying that its 5GB which he never told at the time of selling the netcoonect+ .I purchased it at 1200 rs and i have charged with data plan of 825 Rs which was a waste of money to me.I am a student and i cant waste that much of money please let my money back with some charges.
