dear sir,
I am writing this with extreme grevience to the service provided by lenovo laptop.
i brought this laptop ideapad seriol no: WB02428204. with in three months a line appeared on center of my screen with out any cause.. i hardly used my laptop and takes care of it.. i contacted the customer care who said that its physical damge which was shocking for me.. i asked them if they can prove it, they say its company policy.. i dont understand why they are cheating customer like this.. i thought lenovo is a good company though its chineese in origin.. i hope u will help in this case and take necessary action against these defaulters..
