I am inform you that my AIRTEL 4G DONGLE NUMBER IS 8585826922.I USE THIS DEVICE FOR 2 MONTHS & I MADE REGULAR PAYMENT.THEY DISCLOSED THEIR NEWS THAT AIRTEL 4G LAUNCHES DELHI IN SEPTEMBER 2013.ACTUALLY I MAINLY TAKE THIS PRODUCT FOR MY OFFICE PURPOSE(WHICH IS SITUATED IN DELHI).
WHEN I REACHED AT DELHI THERE ARE ONLY 2G NETWORK BECAUSE MY NUMBER IS FROM KOLKATA CIRCLE.THEN I TOLD THIS TO CUSTOMER CARE,THEY SUGGEST ME THAT THE NUMBER IS SAFE IF YOU MADE A PAYMENT OF RS.150 FOR 3 MONTHS(SAFE CUSTODY).I MADE THE ALL PAYMENTS WITHOUT ANY QUERY/ANYTHING ELSE.(NOV 2013).
AFTER 6TH FEB 2014 AIRTEL 4G CAN’T REACHES DELHI THEN I CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE & TOLD FOR PERMANENT DISCONNECTION.THEY ASSURE ME THAT THE NUMBER WILL BE DISCONNECTED WITHIN 4 HRS. BUT VERY SAD THING IS THAT AFTER 6 TH FEB 2014 TO 25 TH MAR 2014 I CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE FOR MANY TIMES BUT THE NUMBER IS ACTIVE DURING THESE TIME.
FROM LAST TWO MONTHS THEY SEND ME BILLS(WRONGLY ACTIVATED PLANS IN MY NUMBER WITHOUT ANY CONFIRMATION SMS/EMAIL) .ALREADY THEY BILLED ME FOR RS-1054 WHICH I WASN’T CONSUMED ANY DATA.
And in this last two months many representative of Airtel Call me and they assure me to wave off this amount.But they could not do anything for me.I am co-operating with you but lastly I am very disappeared.
Airtel send a letter that I have to pay Rs1054.But you tell me that why I pay for this?
SO I KINDLY REQUEST YOU THAT I WANT TO PERMANENT DISCONNECT MY NUMBER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE & WAIVE MY ACCOUNT AS NIL ASAP.
