Dear sir ,
my tata cdma no. is 9250032900 with 899/- monthly plan.
During purchase of this connection, i was assured by tata executives that CDMA signal are available all over india and only because of this assurance i bought this connection to use service in roaming.
But to my utter surprise, Its Signals at location STATE BANK OF PATIALA, VILLAGE JHANDUKE, TEHSIL SARDULGARH, DIST. MANSA, PUNJAB (PINCODE 151506) are extremely weak and i am unable to make/receive calls. This location is my workplace, i remain there 9.30 am to 6 pm daily on working days and during this period i am not able to make/receive calls due to non-availability of signals.
I have lodged various complaints thru tata my account webpage, but issue is not resolved and i am not able to make/receive call at stated location.
It is requested to provide signal at said place so that i can use tata indicom phone, otherwise provide suitable waiver to my bill, as providing signal is basic duty of tata teleservices.
