Want my money from bank

on 14 june 2013 ,i want to withdrawl Rs 10000 from my SBBJ acount using my atm card from the atm machine of central bank of india.i do not recieved cash from machine due to some technical fault but the bank is telling that i have withdrawl the money from bank.from the last month month i have been continuously visiting bank but the bank is not giving me any satisfactory response.Other details are given below:

    Dear sir/ Madam
    when I am using atm machine kiran garden(opposite metro pillor 714-715) in morning 9:15 (25/7/2013). I insert the card in a machine and enter a pin code the card get strucked in machine, as we complain hdfc guard which was posted as atm he give a complaint no 01161606161 customer care for block a card in that mean time we received a message the amount of Rs.29000 (10000,10000,9000) are withdrawn from my saving account .The transaction are done by other atm shop no.2 village Nawada. We call police helpline No-100 they came to the hdfc atm where there 2-3 customer money also be withdrawn from atm, and machine lock and back door are damage and there found atm are not in a machine.The hdfc bank are not taking any responsibility about these matter, they give a atm to another outsource agency .
