Wallet amount not credited back to wallet when the ticket is cancellled

RedBus has cancelled the ticket – TJB263448352. i have paid 440 in through card and 110 through their wallet. They have refunded the 440 back to my bank account however 110 are not credited to my wallet account. The call support guy agreed to credit those amounts back within two days however no amount is credited. I have made more than 15 written complaints with no response from support team.
