I had ordered Anjeer from Amazon India on 02/10/2016 . The Seller name was Satvikk. On 07/10/2016 I received SMS that the product would be delivered . On 08/10/2016 two times I received the SMS that the product could not be delivered as customer not available. Since my father is a retired man he is always there so the claim that nobody was there was false. Then on 09/10/2016 again I received the SMS that the product would be delivered today. The product was not delivered. On 10/10/2016 I received two SMS at 8.23 am in the morning that product is delivered. when i checked the app i found that it was supposedly delivered on 09/10/2016 @ 9.38 pm. Do they deliver at that hour ??? Since then I have written more than 7 complaints and called them at least 5 times nothing happens other than lip service. Yesterday a customer executive over the phone said that she will raise A to Z guarantee. Today I have received the message that claim is denied. Over the phone executive ( venu )says he is unable to provide Proof of Delivery and that they will offer half the money. Is this the way business done ?
