waiver of extra bill charge against the change my plan (GSM EBS speed 99 plan

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

I have 3 tata docomo no. 9045012762/3/4, when i purchased my plan was GSM EBS Speed 99 plan. then they had changed my w/o information on 2nd November 2012, after that many more time request them then they changed my from jan-13. During this I have deposite the bill payment and In feb-13 I was not pay due bill payment then they disconnect my service untill the payment of due bill and then many times I have requested them last month to correct my and adjustment of waiver bill charges. they couldn’t rectify my bill and now again disconnect my service and still now disconnected. They do not listen my problem and just enforce to me to pay bill payment.
Before this I was also complaint thru online for the same kind of service for Tata docomo. they just do harrased the customer once in contact with them.
Now I want waiver of my bill and also compensation for this kind of difficulties which I have faced and also for disconnect the service with immediate.

    Hence, we would like to inform you that as per our records we found that there is no wrong billing and you have been charged correctly as per your usage and there is an outstanding amount of Rs. 1523/- in your account and request you to clear the same ASAP.
