waited for SIX hours for a bus to arrive

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: chennai&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: s.r.r travels</p>I live in bangalore i had come for some work to chennai. For return i booked a ticket from a travel agent at adyar of s.r.s travels. He told me come at 6 o clock for the pickup of bus departure of 10 o clock. I agreed,when we reach the main bus stand even after regular questions about the bus arrival,they did not give any response. The manager here is yelling and still we dnt know where is our bus. He seems least bothered. He is taking no initiative to get things sorted. PLZ DO NOT TRAVEL WITH THEM THEY ARE NOT SURE ABOUT ANYTHING IN THIS WORLD.
