Internet Connection Not Working

HI,

My Photon Plus Customer A/C no. – 946139808
Total Charges – Rs 1300
I took this connection on 15.03.2013 and it has not been working since then due to network problems.

I have been confirmed that this issue will not be resolved. Hence I want to return the device and get my money back as it has not been working since the first day.

I gave written mails to the concerned people but there is no reply from them.

It really makes me feel cheated.

I want my money back.

    We tried to speak to you personally on your number to understand your concerns regarding the device connectivity issue. However, we are unable to contact you, since your call was not responded.

    Hence, we would like to inform you that your device is in active and activated on 16-MAR-13 and there is an outstanding amount of Rs. 899/- there is no discrepancy in bill and you have been charged correctly as per your usage and rentals request you to clear the same ASAP.
