Subject:- Request for refund on money due to bad item delivery
On 10 of july 2014 submitted the order
1) Order #11589 was placed on July 10, 2014 and is currently completed. Party Wear Designer Peach Anarkali Suit × 1 (Rs 14,49.00) Stitching Charge (Rs.450.00): Total Amount (Rs 1899.00)
2) I received the Item related to the order #11589 on 25th July, item was totally damaged, informed Vand V same day and asked for the replacement, (Both material and stitching quality was not good)
Send the material back on 29th July for replacement, and reasons for replacement was as follows
1) Stitching Quality is not even up to the mark. 2) Pant length is different and both the legs measurement is different,
3) Border lines (Bottom side) all the edge stitching is coming out
4) After giving the measurement I received extra-large size.
3) Received the item back on 26th of Aug
1) Stitching quality is not satisfactory.
2) This time they modified the old churidar and the side stitching is not good 3) Front elevation is not good, we cannot use it anywhere outside, it will spoil our name due to bad quality stitching (Image attached) 4) Churidar size is not as per our request, it’s altered from both the side and they did not do properly.
Requested for Refund of the amount because of bad quality stitching and oversize of material.

V and V shop is the cheapest site i have seen, even i have faced the same problem. there policy is the worst in the e-commerce industry. try to avoid this site as much as possible. they don’t even care for the customer satisfaction. all do they care for the self satisfaction. i have heard this from every people who have tried to buy from this site.
