With extreme regret I have to bring to your notice that we bought a Voltas 2 tonne AC about 2 months back. It worked for only a day. On making complaints at the service centre we were told that there was a part at fault. Since then there have been numerous calls from our side for getting this complaint rectified. It tooke them 15 days to get the faulty part somewhere from Chennai folllowing which also they discovered that another part was at fault. Till date the problem is not solved. This AC was installed at our new branch of eye hospital in Noida which has not been inaugurated because of this faulty AC and we have sufferrred a huge business loss. Please do something about it in the consumer court to recover our losses of 2 months in our business which amounts to a sizeable sum of money.
