I have purchased a Symphony companys Air-CoolerDiet-50T) from Vinay Electronics Garh Road Meerut after one month the cooler stops working.I call in SK electricals they said we are unable to repair or maintain the cooler since till it is under warenty period they refused to even see the Cooler.There peoples said if u want to take action against us you can take ,file the case in consumer court.We are not afraiding.Now i am going to file the complaint.
Such companies are just fraud and serious actions should taken against them.
