I purchased a AC of 2 ton of VOltas from a dealer in Ansal Plaza Mall, vashaili on OCtober 10, 2013. They have made my fitting on October 15 and they said your compressor is not working. On october 16, Voltas tech came and said condensor is missing from the new machine, so I want a new machine. He said he will put condensor in a day or two but not exchange from AC. I want to get a replacement in place of my present AC or want my money back from the dealer.
