Dear Sir,
On 8th Oct 2013, I made a mistake while online recharge for monthly pack of my son’s MTS Internet account number 8182948038 (Bangalore). By mistake I pressed last digit as 9 instead of 8 and made payment.
Immediately after recharge, the error was detected and I intimated customer care about the mistake.
Customer care has declined to help me stating they do not have provision for refund.
I wrote to chief of customer care about the issue, but he did not even responded to my mail and reminders.
I have sufficient proof of my online transaction. Even my IP was logged at their end during online recharge. My bank statement will give the details of my transaction.
I am so disappointed that I am penalized in such a way for my small mistake.
Hope the customer care should really take care of their customers.
Any hope of my refund??????
