Vodafone is continuously deducting my balance and when I call their customer care they say this is due to you are massaging via flash.but no flash msg ever appeared on my phone.each day about 20 rupees deducted.and they say we cannot help and refund your money..plz help

We called you but there was no response. Further, an amount of Rs.21/- has been accurately debited towards SMS sent on special number at Rs.3/SMS. Hence, we are unable to credit the charges.

For the past few days , Vodafone has deducted my balance first by 30 rupees saying some ndtv pack was activated (which happened on its own) and the second time again a deduction of 30 rupees for some shortapp 99 value pack which again was activated on its own . what the hell is wrong with Vodafone ?!
