I ordered Lava IRIS 402 Mobile costing Rs 4978 from StarCJ on 12 Mar 2014 vide Order Number 2014-03-12-047572. The payment was made online as it was not under Cash On Delivery. On 20 Mar 2014 I spoke to StarCJ Executive that my item is not delivered. He told that next day it will be delivered. On 21 Mar 2014 I spoke to Customer Executive he replied that item has been delivered to me on 18 Mar 2014. It was surprise for me and I complained vide complain no 201210095008 to StarCJ Executive that my order is not delivered to me. On 22 Mar 2014 I received a call from executive of StarCJ, she told that errenously the system is showing the item delivered whereas yet it is to be delivered. 23 Mar 2014 being Sunday, you item will be delivered on Monday i.e. 24 Mar 2014. Today on completion of day I spoke to starcj executive that my item is not delivered. He told that StarCJ Executive tried to contact me on my mobile and my mobile was either switched off or was found out of reach. I could not understand what necessity compelled starcj executive to talk to me. Being a customer my interest is only in delivery of my order to which still I am waiting.
