I purchased Vodafone Sim(Sim number:- 899120001676207180 & Mo Number:- 9920521381) from authorized Vodafone mini store, after submitting all required documents. Sim was activated with in 2 days. Later on sim was blocked for want of re-submission of the documents which were immediately submitted (also mail confirmation provided by Vodafone). The sim was activated. But after 10 days again the sim was blocked. On inquiry it was informed that there is some mistake committed by the dealer in online submission of my information at his end. Again on inquiry it was activated. But after 7 days it was again blocked and I am told that this mistake has happened due to some software problem at companies end and they are showing their inability to unblocked the sim. I have circulated this Vodafone cell number to various clients and also balance amount is line as a credit balance. Since I am not getting any response from Vodafone, there is deficiency in there services, therefore please take up the matter with the company to resolve my problem.
