I have purchased a flat from a local developer(name Dilip Kumar Adak)
on march’12. But till date I have not got possession and developer is asking for a
abnormal amount for some small extra item.
It has registered and according to the agreement I must have got the posession before 31’march2012.
If I get any kind of assistance from your
end I would be highly obliged to you.
