Vodafone red plan

I had requested Vodafone to add a number(9711016009) in my Vodafone red plan (primary number: 9811243059) in November 2015 but it has still not been taken under consideration. Every time the Vodafone executives counsel my request they befool me by consolidating to the same.I am fed up with the bad services of Vodadone.
