Vodafone not letting my proting request process

i have requested porting for number 9711181070 (from vodafone to idea), and vodafone has been traumatising me since then , initially i placed a request in march, in response of which i got a call from vodafone retention team suggesting a better plan , for which i said go ahead…but lately i came to know that it was camouflaging of information and nothing else, my average bill was around 1000/- but after this plan i was charged 1600/-. so i placed a request again in the month of july, and i called up customer care and confirmed them that i need to port for with they said ok…. but never told me about contractual agreement. to my surprise i received a message saying they have cancelled my porting request because some contractual agreement is active on my number , after calling customer care they told me it gets activated automatically. after heated argument with the customer care executive Mr NEERAJ, he finally took a request for cancelling this contractual agreement and passing my request for porting …REF no 675490047 on 14th of july.
on 21st i called up the customer care again to check why my porting is still pending , that time i came to know that silly contractual agreement is still active on my number and has yet not been discontinued even after almost 7 days, I dont understand why is vodafone into harassing the customer and taking away the mental piece, at least have some ethics and go ahead with my porting request.
