I, Mandar Devidas Gajane, am holding a Vodafone India Mumbai number 9833635558 and i had filled a request for converting my postpaid connection to prepaid connection on 08.04.2013 and since then i have been following up for the converion to prepaid but still they have not converted my coonection and now they have kept my line disconnected.
I have three service requests made and the numbers are as follows
Sr No. 589425101 on 03.04.2013
Sr. No. 590880209 on 05.04.2013
and the latest one Sr. No. 609747029
SInce i had made my last payment on 03.04.2013 for my then usage still Vodafone has sent me a new bill to pay and asking me to pay the bill whereas the guy at the Vashi store had promised me that i need not pay anything after 03.04.2013.
I need justice in this case.
