Vodafone is not allowing me to Port out

Location/place: Banaglore

Name of company/service: Vodafone

I have submitted the document to port out from vodafone to Aitel on 29th july 2013. According to the rule the process should be done within 7 days. But still I have not got any status regarding this.

I contacted Vodafone Customer care they say like we have forwarded the request, but Problem there from Airtel side.

I Have contacted Airtel Customer care they say that the problem is from Vodafone side.
