HTC is neither returning the Mobile phone nor listening

I bought a HTC OneX mobile phone on 10/2/2013.It started troubling after 3months of use.
The very first problem was with sound of the handset and the same got repaired on the spot.
After few days it started hanging and the mobile phone was submitted and the same got repaired in 4days.
Again on 27/6/2013 it again started creating problem i.e this time again it started creating hanging problem and the touch was not working at all.
After few days when we enquired from the service center they asked to wait for 2 days,after 2 days the again asked to wait for 2-3days.On 8/7/2013 the service center people told me that the some part of the mobile phone was fault and the same is not available in the company.
When enquired form the customer care again they said the same story i.e the part is not available in the company and they dont know the exact time.
Please help as we have bought the mobile phone for Rs.30,000/- and still the company is not listening to us.
