My mobile no is 7770089797. I have not subscribed for d2c ndtv valuepk 9, then also you have deducted 99 Rs and 12.36 tax on it from my account. If it is frequently occurred with your customers then I need to rethink on continuing with vodafone. I want refund or satisfactory solution on it. I called customer support team,ask for any senior person, they put my call on hold for 15-20 minutes and disconnected. Please revert earliest.
