I have recharged online through Vodafone online site for a bonus card of Rs 251 for internet pack of 1 GB and made payment through my ICICI bank debit card on 14 the February 2015 but till now my internet pack did not get activated. I made complaints to Vodafone customer care a couple of times but they did not take any initiative to resolve the matter till date. I am feeling very annoyed for the way a multinational company like Vodafone is cheating the trust of their customer. I have the email of the bank confirming the debit of the above mentioned amount from my account for this transaction. I will request you to look into the matter and compel the concerned authorities to pay me back my money or activate my net pack.
