I was charged Rs 15 by VODAFONE for D2C_MGOSSIP_PACK_15-MOBIGOSSIP which I have not done and nor do I have any idea about. When I called up the customer service for this, they told me its not their fault and I would have authorized it. They did not refund my money. Why am I supposed to pay for something I have not authorized. I want my money to be refunded.

i am user of vodafone network since last 4 months.
vodafone charged me unnecessarily for 3 times (49+49+30) and when i made call to customer care they told that they can’t refund the amount.its better to switch to other network operator.
