Actually I bought a Home Smart Nicer Dicer in Snapdeal for Rs.445 . I received it and the product was in damaged condition. So I applied for a return request for which Snapdeal asked me to courier the product to Delhi and promised me that they would return me the courier charges in terms of Snapdeal cash. They refunded the price of the product but they did not refund the courier charges. I have been trying over a month requesting them to return but all my tries were in vain. They haven’t initiated the refund process. It’s been an irritating way of treating their customers.

I had also similar experience and the tussle is going on. In fact I have faced unethical business practice in case of two orders with Snapdeal. Its “TrustPay” is a public cheating as Snapdeal is not at all complying with the TrustPay policy and its conditions.
