Vodafone fraud on download charges

Hi,
I have postpaid vodafone connection.

I have affected by

together charged Rs 296 for nothing as download charges. Even i donno what is mydala & wapvilla.

It’s obvious that vodafone doing something wrong or allowing their partner to collect huge amount of customer money by various scheme for nothing.

I hope, Its very well known by vodafone, they could have collected few crores by this way, who can stop them?
Thats what customer care ignoring our complaints.

I never expected this from Vodafone & I have been using the services since 2010. But now I going to change my service provider immediately.

Sure Vodafone will lose customers who trusted them strongly.
