I am writing in connection with the xperia z1 to complain about the terrible after sales service and rude behaviour of Ranchi (Jharkhand, India) service center.
I received a USED and SWAPED phone from Ranchi service centre which was again submitted for service due to fault.
I was disappointed by the SONY xperia z1 phone performance which I purchased from Narang InfoTech , Sujata Chowk, Ranchi for Rs. 39900/-.

1st time complaint: I submitted my phone on dt.10.11.2014. Ticket ID: 14111001522.
Frustrating Problem: Not able to receive or make calls.
I received a used/swaped phone with imei no. 358094050867424 on dt.12.11.2014.
2nd time compliant: I submitted my phone again on dt.20.11.2014
Problem : Automatic shut off and battery unable to charge.
I rang the Ranchi Service centre on dt.27.11.2014 for status on phone +919304281681. But to my surprise no complain was registered. I said I had a receipt copy of my complain. He said that he would look into the matter and call back. Then a message popped up in my standby phone from BW-SONYMB : work order no. W114112703606 created on dt.27.11.2014 at ASC: fortune Ranchi. I called up again at +919304281681 for query but nobody picked up. So, I personally went to the centre. He said the phone would be available tomorrow i.e. dt. 28.11.2014. However, when I went again on 28.11.2014, he said I shall receive it in the next 4-5 days. Metal harassment, time taking and and faulty phone is what can be only expected from a quality brand as SONY.
I was expecting a new phone but lost hope when they offered me again a different scratched handset with different imei no. again. I didn’t receive the phone and had war of words and told that I am going to take legal action against them.
