I am a Vodafone Customer in Delhi NCR using 2G data plan.
Vodafone has charged me Rs 99/- for downloading d2c_mydata_99 and again Rs 99 for downloading wap_volla_ppd in a month. So in all they have charged me Rs 206/- for downloading a stuff which I had never downloaded. When I called their Customer Forum for explaination they had no proper explaination. Please resolve this issue asap.
