In September, 2014 I purchased new laptop from TVS Solution but they send me some another laptop which i do not order and also that configuration was not match with company’s standard model number with configuration which TVS Solution send me. Even they don’t send me bill and charger too. That’s why i don’t accept that material and send it back to TVS Solution and ask for refund my money. So now they have that laptop and its payment too. From that day till today i complaint about the same and urge for my money but till today they don’t refund my money.
