Dear Vodafone ,
I am from Bangalore and i have been charged Rs 30 for jun -14 month and Rs 60 for July -14 month against ” mobileart- valuepack ” download . I haven’t used any download from my number and I have no idea on what the deduction happening .
When I called the customer care the response is not proper .
Kindly help me in resolving the issue and get me the refund for which I haven’t used .
