Since last month I am been deducted with multiple charges. Sometimes 30 etc. I called the customer support and they informed that it is some download charges.
I have not downloaded any data as per the charges say – DNLD-HELLO1_TVALLSOUTH_30-HELLO1STORE.
This is real fraud as to a telecom company I have been using for a while now.
