VODAFONE Falseness and Lie

Name of company/service: Vodafone

I am using vodafone from a long time, last weak i switched from prepaid to postpaid. Because i received a call from Vodafone customer service that they have a very good plan for 250 monthly rental in which i will get 800 minutes of talk time to any number, plus in addtion 3G 1GB data plan at 150 rupee instead of 250.(the guy also mentioned this plan offer is only valid if you change your number to post paid only today). So then i agreed to switch to postpaid. Even the guy who came to my home gave me same plan of talk time as well data 3G.

But today when i contacted customer care, The guy told me there is no such plan of 250 rupee is activated in your account even there is no 3G activated on your number , If you want to get 3G you will be charged 250 rupee.

My earning are very less, and this company told me lie i don’t why this company selling products under the hood of scam or falseness.

    Yes, i agree with vodafone lie in the time of migration of prepaid number to postpaid.
    I suggest you to port your number to Airtel. They sell products honestly. Vodafone is a cheater company…

    I agree to you Prashant. Companies do sell their products under false pretensions. Telecom companies have a great pressure to sell postpaid plans , as they know that customer would be paying a minimum of X amount, where as in Prepaid there is no such obligations. Better go for Port Out or mark a mail to [email protected] with the complain number. Make sure you CC it to [email protected] and [email protected]
