refund pending since two and half months

this complaint regards to Seventymm.com
I have purchased Inkwire T-Shirt of Men (Grey & Charcoal) on 12-Dec-12

order no. SMA0512314.they have not dispatched it since then i have been

writing them everyday till date for nearly 2 and half months for refunding my

money beck but they are sending the same reply again and again ,even after

calling the customer care they are making the false promise. I request you sir to

take strict action against this kind of fraud company and i hope to get my money

as soon as possible.
