You are filled up my form and filled the incorrect date of birth on your end. In 2014, i submitted the voter id card. And voter id card have not mentioned the date of birth. Please resolved my problems that i am facing last 5 days of duplicate sim. Your vodafone main store (west end mall, district center, janakpuri west)i visited, Your executive ms. Kajal. She said, we can not change the date of birth. She is not accepted my aadhar card and voter id card also. My alternate no. is 9315594523, In this no. , also i gave the aadhar card on 24.7.18 and all procedures done by biometric. So this is not possible for taking my ids. I want my vodafone no. 9643620608. I don’t want change the connection prepaid to postpaid. I want my no. Only prepaid connection. I don’t want to close the no. Permanently. So i want my no. Asap. Your vodafone mini Store and also janakpuri main store is worst service and They have a very bad customer service. They have a lot of loop holes in their system and inefficient staff(mr. Shauib, Mr. Balram, Ms. Sneha arora(A.S. telecom, vodafone mini store, and ms. Kajal, vodafone main store west end mall janakpuri west). I’ve had a very bad experience with Vodafone. No one could answer my questions from the service team and talking to them has been very stressful.
